A Day to Honor / Youth conference strengthens teens’ community ties (Standard-Examiner)

LAYTON — Monday was a holiday for students, but in the spirit of Martin Luther King Jr., about 50 teens got out of bed early to learn how to serve. Students from junior high and high schools in the Top of Utah attended the second annual Red Cross Youth Leadership Conference.
