Toddler nearly drowns in bathtub (12 News Phoenix) |
A Phoenix toddler is critically injured, after nearly drowning in a bathtub, late Sunday morning. According to the Phoenix Fire Department, a 1-year-old boy was playing with his 3-year-old sibling, when the he ended up in the water.
