Toddler Killed in Tragic Accident (KMID Midland) |
A child is dead after being struck by a car in Hobbs. It happened yesterday in the parking lot of the Dal Paso center. Police say Enrique Carrasco,23, was backing his car into the parking lot and didn’t realize that a toddler had run out behind the car.
