Toddler Killed in Driveway (WTVO - WQRF Rockford) |
A Toddler is killed after being run over by a car at a home in Rock County. The Sheriff’s Department says 15 month old Charly Brown was hit by a car that was backing up in the driveway of a home on County H in the Town of Newark, about 8 miles west of Beloit.
