Toddler Found Alone At Busy Shreveport Intersection (KSLA-TV Shreveport)

Shreveport Police are looking for the parents of a toddler found wandering at West 70th Street and Mansfield Road about 2:30 Wednesday afternoon. Police say the little girl is African-American and appears to be two-or three-years old.
