Toddler dies of injuries (The Ocala Star-Banner)

OCALA - An 18-month-old Marion County toddler, injured Wednesday - reportedly by his mother’s boyfriend, who claims it was an accident - has died of his injuries. Andrew Sheppard died early Friday evening, according to family member Jacob Hanson, who was at Shands at the University of Florida Hospital in Gainesville with his family.
