Toddler critically injured, abuse suspected (WKBT La Crosse) |
SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (AP) - A Sheboygan toddler is in critically injured and police suspect her mother’s boyfriend had been abusing the child. The 25-year-old boyfriend is in custody. The 21-month-old girl is hospitalized in Milwaukee.
