Therapeutic Target ID’d for Deadly Childhood Muscle Cancer (Newswise) |
Ability to slow tumors in mice and cell cultures may one day lead to a targeted therapy for a particularly difficult-to-treat childhood muscle cancer subtype called alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma. The research was performed at several institutions, including The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio’s Greehey Children’s Cancer Research Institute.
