Teen Driver Charged with after Toddler’s Death (FOX 13 Utah) |
A 14-year-old Roosevelt girl who police say was practice driving when she backed over and killed a toddler has been charged in juvenile court with manslaughter. Roosevelt police say the girl was driving with an aunt in May when the accident occurred. The 22-month-old toddler had been playing near the house and approached the SUV unnoticed.
