Shots fired; debris hits toddler (The Lewiston Sun Journal) |
PORTLAND (AP) - Portland police say a toddler was struck by debris when shots were fired into an apartment. Deputy Chief Bill Ridge says the 2-year-old girl was struck by splintered wood after one of the bullets hit an entertainment center.
