Police: Salem girl, 13, killed toddler (KATU Portland) |
Relatives, including the toddler’s maternal grandfather and the teen girl, were watching the child for the evening. The child’s mother was not present. Subsequent investigation determined that the girl, 13, who is the child’s aunt, caused the her death.
