Police find toddler wandering alone in Belleville (KMOV St. Louis) |
BELLEVILLE, Ill. (AP) — Authorities in southern Illinois say a 2-year-old boy was found wandering alone this morning wearing only a diaper. A passing motorist found the toddler walking in the 40-degree weather and called Belleville Police around 8:30 this morning.
