Hopewell mom accused of abusing toddler (NBC 12 Richmond) |
A Hopewell mother is accused of abusing her toddler. Denise Dailey, 25, is charged with abuse and neglect of children. Police say when Dailey brought her four-year-old son to the hospital, doctors discovered that the boy had severe internal injuries.
