Henrico man charged with killing Richmond toddler (Richmond Times-Dispatch) |
A Henrico County man accused of felony child neglect in the July death of his girlfriend’s toddler has now been charged with the child’s slaying. A Richmond Circuit Court grand jury this week indicted Garnell Stevenson III, 24, on a single count of murder, according to Richmond police. He is accused of killing 16-month-old Javon Omari Deleo, who died July 24 of blunt force trauma to the torso. …
